A class representing a collection of NetworkCloudRackSkuResource and their operations. Each NetworkCloudRackSkuResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SubscriptionResource. To get a NetworkCloudRackSkuCollection instance call the GetNetworkCloudRackSkus method from an instance of SubscriptionResource.
