Gets an object representing a TenantDataBoundaryResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(DataBoundaryName) to create a TenantDataBoundaryResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetTenantDataBoundaryResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
