Gets an object representing a ScVmmGuestAgentResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String) to create a ScVmmGuestAgentResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetScVmmGuestAgentResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
