Gets an object representing a StorageAccountMigrationResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, StorageAccountMigrationName) to create a StorageAccountMigrationResource ResourceIdentifier from its components.
