Inserts the contents of the insert row into this
ResultSet
object and into the database.

if a database error happens. Particular cases include the cursor not being on the Insert Row or if any columns in the row do not have a value where the column is declared as not-nullable.
Remarks
Inserts the contents of the insert row into this ResultSet
object and into the database. The cursor must be on the insert row when this method is called.
