Gets or sets whether or not to insert tabs instead of spaces when formatting sections of text.

true if tabs should be inserted, otherwise false = spaces should be inserted.
Remarks
This property is not used in the default managed package framework language service classes.
Use this property in your implementation of the ReformatSpan method in the Source class.
This property affects the preferences value fInsertTabs.
