Implemented by derived SKAbstractManagedStream types to duplicate the current stream.
protected override IntPtr OnDuplicate ();Returns
Returns a pointer to the new SKStreamAsset instance.
Remarks
After the stream has been duplicated, the new stream must set it's position to the start.
