Releases the managed resources that are used by the ActiveDirectorySchema object and, optionally, releases unmanaged resources.

true to release both managed and unmanaged resources; false to release only unmanaged resources.
Remarks
The disposing parameter affects only the release of managed resources. Unmanaged resources are always released by this method.
