The reading side can be closed when it has reached the end of the stream (ReadAsync(Memory<Byte>, CancellationToken) will return 0
), or when Abort(QuicAbortDirection, Int64) is called for Read, or when the peer called Abort(QuicAbortDirection, Int64) for Write.
