Determines whether the specified code group is equivalent to the current code group.

The NetCodeGroup object to compare with the current code group.
Returns
true
if the specified code group is equivalent to the current code group; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
The following data are used to determine the equality of two NetCodeGroup objects:
The Name and Description properties.
The MembershipCondition property.
The set of origin schemes and the associated CodeConnectAccess objects.
