Gets or sets the configuration element that contains the constraints on the complexity of SOAP messages that can be processed by endpoints configured with this binding.

Remarks
The complexity constraints protect against a class of denial of service (DOS) attacks that attempt to use message complexity to tie up endpoint processing resources. The properties that express these constraints and their default values (in bytes) are as follows:

MaxStringContentLength = 8192
MaxArrayLength = 16384
MaxBytesPerRead = 4096
MaxNameTableCharCount = 16384
