In applications that supports state restoration, this function and DecodeRestorableState(NSCoder) may be used to supplement standard state encoding and decoding. If DecodeRestorableState(NSCoder) calls base.DecodeRestorableState(coder)
, this function should call base.EncodeRestorableState(coder)
