Customer - Order Summary (report)
The Customer - Order Summary report shows the sales order detail with the quantity not yet shipped for each customer in three periods of 30 days each, starting from a date you specify. You can also display orders to ship before and after the three periods, and the total order detail for each customer.

Use cases
Sales representatives use the report to:
- Analyze customer order history and identify trends or patterns in their purchasing behavior.
- Determine which customers have the highest outstanding orders and prioritize follow-up.
