Frontline workers who are part of a multitenant organization can switch between tenants in the Field Service Mobile application.
Feature details
You can switch between tenants directly within the Field Service Mobile application on iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Users who are part of multiple tenants no longer need to sign out of Field Service Mobile to switch between tenants.
- B2B guest users in Azure Active Directory with work or school accounts can see and access tenants from shared app access directly from the Field Service Mobile user interface.
This capability is provided as part of the Power Apps tenant switcher in 2023 release wave 1.
