As a seller, you can now elevate your day-to-day productivity and seamlessly complete important CRM tasks pertaining to customer email communications like adding new contacts or leads from the email to a CRM platform or saving the email to the platform, by leveraging the new Copilot for Sales actionable message banners available when reading external customer emails in Outlook.
Feature details
Actionable message banners provide you with the following capabilities:
- Each actionable message banner provides access to high-value CRM actions that are contextual to the email on which the banner appears.
- Quick actions include adding new contacts or leads from the customer email to the CRM platform, accessing key contact details from the CRM platform, or saving the email to the platform.
- Clicking any action enables you to quickly complete it through the Copilot for Sales side panel in Outlook.
- Actionable message banners appear on two external customer emails (on the email read surface) per seller per day.
- This feature will be rolled out to all customers over a few weeks.
