- Prevents data corruption in UserOwned entities when RecordOwnershipAcrossBusinessUnits feature is enabled.
- This fix reduces the chances of corruption in existing user owned entities when RecordOwnershipAcrossBusinessUnits feature is enabled.
- Customer define condition reference MUI-enabled attribute on linkentity can cause syntax error if LanguageId is not same as base languageId.
- BusinessUnitCountCacheLoader.cs should use direct sql to avoid recursive calls.
- Optimizations under ecs AuthZTeamPrivilegeOptimizations do not give global depth for org with 1 bu. Need to determine if root bu.
