Maintain information for dependents and beneficiaries

Use the Personal contacts form to maintain information about a worker’s contacts. You can also select which contacts can be covered as dependents or designated as beneficiaries.
Add a contact
Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers.
Select the worker to add the contact to.
Click Personal information, and then click Personal contacts.
Click New.
Type the name of the contact or organization, and then click Create.
In the Relationship field, select the relationship of the dependent or beneficiary to the worker.
In the General area, select if the contact is eligible to be a dependent or beneficiary, and then enter information in the remaining fields about the contact.
Delete a contact
Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers.
Select the worker to delete the contact from.
Click Personal information, and then click Personal contacts.
Select the contact to remove and then click Delete.
Note
You cannot delete personal contacts that are currently enrolled in a benefit.
