Business value
As a natural refinement of the MCFS data model and in response to customer requests, we have reviewed the data model and identified attributes that can be made optional. In some cases, they are completely optional, and in others, we introduced defaults as necessary.
Feature details
We're introducing significant flexibility with the Sustainability data model by making previously mandatory attributes optional and providing default values. Data entry scenarios are simplified with the following changes:
Relaxed constraints on some required attributes when their impact on data quality and stability is determined to be insubstantial.
Default values where appropriate, ensuring that data remains visible and is categorized under "unspecified/other" when required for reporting purposes, such as when data quality type is unavailable.
