To access the Smart store analytics solution, navigate to https://[your-environment-name]. The first time you access the URL, you see an overview of all available apps. Select Smart store analytics.
Double-click Smart store analytics to launch the solution.
Home page
You can access the Home page through the Home icon, which has three sections.
Overview
The Overview section summarizes some key metrics:
Number of stores that the solution is monitoring
Performance of the fleet of stores over a time period of four weeks
Representative insights into fleet performance with a link to deeper insights
Explore the store
The Explore the store section has useful links to explore ideas for optimizing store layout, the product catalog, shelf placement and more, through convenient cards that open the top features of the solution.
