MPI_Is_thread_main function

Returns a flag indicating whether this thread called MPI_Init or MPI_Init_thread.

Syntax

int MPIAPI MPI_Is_thread_main(
  _Out_ int *flag
);

Parameters

• flag [out]
  Flag is true if MPI_Init or MPI_Init_thread has been called by this thread and false otherwise.

Return value

Returns MPI_SUCCESS on success. Otherwise, the return value is an error code.

In Fortran, the return value is stored in the IERROR parameter.
