Creates a Autoscale Configuration for the Application Gateway.

Description
The New-AzureRmApplicationGatewayAutoscaleConfiguration cmdlet creates Autoscale Configuration for an Azure application gateway.

Example 1
PS C:\> $autoscaleConfig = New-AzureRmApplicationGatewayAutoscaleConfiguration -MinCapacity 3
PS C:\> $gw = New-AzureRmApplicationGateway -Name $appgwName -ResourceGroupName $rgname .. -AutoscaleConfiguration $autoscaleConfig
The first command creates an autoscale configuration with minimum capacity 3. The second command creates an application gateway with the autoscale configuration.
