Publish-AzureRemoteAppProgram

Publishes an Azure RemoteApp program.

Note

The cmdlets referenced in this documentation are for managing legacy Azure resources that use Azure Service Manager (ASM) APIs. This legacy PowerShell module isn't recommended when creating new resources since ASM is scheduled for retirement. For more information, see Azure Service Manager retirement.

The Az PowerShell module is the recommended PowerShell module for managing Azure Resource Manager (ARM) resources with PowerShell.

Description

The Publish-AzureRemoteAppProgram cmdlet publishes an Azure RemoteApp program, which makes it available to users of the Azure RemoteApp collection.

Examples

Example 1: Publish a program in a collection

PS C:\> Publish-AzureRemoteAppProgram -CollectionName "ContosoApps" -StartMenuAppId "a3732322-89a5-4cbc-9844-9634c74d337f" -DisplayName "Finance App"

This command publishes the program in the ContosoApps collection with the specified StartMenuAppId to add the program to the Start Menu. The published app will have a display name of "Finance App".
