IAttach
The IAttach interface is used to maintain and provide access to the properties of attachments in messages.
Note IAttach has no unique methods of its own.

Remarks
Called by client applications, IAttach is exposed by attachment objects and is implemented by message store providers. The interface identifier for IAttach is IID_IAttachment, and the pointer type is LPATTACH.
