How to Add Notes for a Web Content Project

This topic provides instructions about how to add notes to a Web content project in Commerce Server staging. You add notes to keep track of specific work items or issues that relate to the project.

To add notes for a Web content project

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and the click Commerce Server Staging.

  2. In Microsoft Management Console (MMC), in the left pane, expand Commerce Server Staging, expand <server name>, and then click Projects.

  3. In the right pane, right-click the project to which you want to add notes, and then click Properties.

  4. In the Project Properties dialog box, on the Project tab, in the Notes box, type any notes that you want to preserve about the project, and then click OK.
