Returns an enumerator that can iterate through the current OrderGroupCollection.

Type: System.Collections..::.IEnumerator
An IEnumerator for that can enumerate through the entire collection of OrderGroup objects.

Remarks
Use this method to retrieve the enumerator for the OrderGroupCollection.
Enumerators can be used to read the data in the collection, but they cannot be used to modify the underlying collection.
