public function LanguageRemoveException(

    entityName : String,
    entityType : String,
    inner : Exception
)

Parameters

  • message
    Type: System..::.String
    The error message that explains the reason for the exception.
  • entityName
    Type: System..::.String
    The name of the entity that caused the exception.
  • inner
    Type: System..::.Exception
    The exception that is the cause of the current exception, or a nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if no inner exception is specified.

Remarks

If the inner parameter is not a nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) reference, the current exception is raised in a catch block that handles the inner exception.

The exception that is thrown when attempting to remove a language which cannot be removed, such as the default language, reporting language, or the last language in the catalog.

All catalog exceptions, including the LanguageRemoveException are derived from the CatalogException class. (The InvalidCatalogOperationException is ultimately derived from the CatalogException class.) The LanguageRemoveException is thrown because you attempting to remove a language which cannot be removed.
