ImportInProgressException Constructor (String, Int32, Exception)
Initializes a new instance of the ImportInProgressException class with a specified error message, the identifier for the PromoCodeDefinition caused the exception, and a reference to the inner exception that is the cause of this exception.

Remarks
If the inner parameter is not a nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) reference, the current exception is raised in a catch block that handles the inner exception.
The ImportInProgressException class represents an exception that is thrown when a user attempts to start an import while an import or a generate for the definition is already in progress.
