Namespace:  Microsoft.CommerceServer.Orders
Assembly:  Microsoft.CommerceServer.Orders.CrossTierTypes (in Microsoft.CommerceServer.Orders.CrossTierTypes.dll)

Syntax

'Declaration
Public Sub New ( _
    message As String, _
    shippingGroupIds As String, _
    innerException As Exception _
)
'Usage
Dim message As String
Dim shippingGroupIds As String
Dim innerException As Exception

Dim instance As New ShippingMethodNotSavedException(message, _
    shippingGroupIds, innerException)
public ShippingMethodNotSavedException(
    string message,
    string shippingGroupIds,
    Exception innerException
)
public:
ShippingMethodNotSavedException(
    String^ message,
    String^ shippingGroupIds,
    Exception^ innerException
)
public function ShippingMethodNotSavedException(
    message : String,
    shippingGroupIds : String,
    innerException : Exception
)

Parameters

  • message
    Type: System..::.String
    The error message that explains the reason for the exception.
  • shippingGroupIds
    Type: System..::.String
    Comma separated list of shipping group IDs which could not be saved.
  • innerException
    Type: System..::.Exception
    The exception that is the cause of the current exception, or a nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if no inner exception is specified.

Remarks

If the innerException parameter is not a nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) reference, the current exception is raised in a catch block that handles the inner exception.

The exception that is thrown when an optimistic concurrency failure occurs while saving the shipping methods.

With optimistic concurrency, a user doesn't lock a row from the instant he or she prepares to update it. A row lock applies only for the split second that ADO.NET commits a change.
