Initializes a new instance of the CatalogRebuildException class with the specified error message and parameters.

Parameters
- message
Type: System..::.String
The error message that explains the reason for the exception.
- catalogName
Type: System..::.String
The name of the catalog which could not be rebuilt.
Remarks
The exception that is thrown when a catalog cannot be rebuilt.
All catalog exceptions, including the CatalogRebuildException are derived from the CatalogException class. When a catalog cannot be rebuilt the CatalogRebuildException is thrown.
