Remarks
Creates a new instance of the DiscountCriteriaFilter class. All properties are set to their defaults as shown below:
FilterOnAward - true by default.
FilterOnCondition - true by default.
IncludeDiscountsWithEligibilityRequirements - true by default.
IncludeDiscountsWithPromoCodes - true by default.
IncludeInactiveDiscounts - false by default.
