Remarks

ChunkSize is used to determine if chunking is required. The default ChunkSize is int.MaxValue (2 Gigabytes). The usefulness of chunking and attachments is limited by the nature of the HTTP protocol that requires that the entire request be sent as a single message. Chunking in this implementation provides a way to set the maximum record size. But as the entire framed message gets buffered in memory, in practice the maximum size of a message is governed by the size of the memory available.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
