Property Value

true if SOAP messages must be MTOM encoded; otherwise, false. The default is false.

Remarks

When the TCP protocol is used, all SOAP messages are MTOM encoded.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
