Handles an incoming security token request to issue a security token.

Return Value

A RequestSecurityTokenResponse that contains the details of the response.

Exceptions

Remarks

The default implementation of this method always throws a TrustFault exception.

The IssueSecurityToken method is called by the IssueSecurityTokenRequest method.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
