Exercise 2: Create the Web Site

In this exercise, you create the Web site used by the application, including the default Web page and application files. The Web site will serve as the host application for the workflows; the Web application will host the Workflow Runtime, and the default Web page will contain functionality for starting and interacting with workflows.
