Description

Updates the GBTParameters_CN table by setting the GBTDefaultPath to that of the removed GBTDefaultPath_CN value from the LedgerParameters table and setting the GBTSchemaPath to that of the removed GBTSchemaPath_CN value from the LedgerParameters table.
