Remarks
Only records in the <c>PRLPostingSetupDetails</c> table with the field <c>BranchCode</c> set to <c>All</c> and the field <c>EmplCode</c> set to <c>All</c> will get records created in the <c>PayrollTaxAccountingRule</c> table.
