Remarks
This is a combined upgrade that is used to convert account and dimension data to the new accounts and dimension model for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The VendPackingSlipJour table upgrade in Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 does not also upgrade the Requisitioner field, because it was introduced from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
