Sample code for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure integration

This section contains sample code for integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure through the Microsoft Azure Service Bus. To build the listener samples, you need to install the v1.7 or 1.8 Microsoft Azure SDK that includes the Microsoft.ServiceBus.dll assembly referenced by the samples.
