Create Stockkeeping Unit Batch Job

Creates stockkeeping units for the selected items. It is started from the Functions menu of the item card. The batch job uses the information from the item card to create a stockkeeping unit for each variant and/or location.

Options

Create Per: In this field, you can select an option depending on whether you want to create stockkeeping units per location or per variant or per location combined with variant.

Warning

The setting of Location & Variant does not mean that the batch job creates two different sets of SKUs. It merely creates a set of SKUs where both a location and a variant are included. If you want to create SKUs per location, and per variant, and per location and variant, then you must run the batch job three times, one for each setting.

Item In Inventory Only: You can select this field if you only want the batch job to create stockkeeping units for items that are in your inventory (that is, for items where the value in the Inventory field is above 0).

Delete Previous SKU: You can select this field if you want the batch job to delete all previous created stockkeeping units on the items you have included in the batch job.
