How to: Re-export Payments to a Bank File

You can re-export payment files from the Credit Transfer Registers window.

Before you delete or post payment journal lines, you can also re-export the payment file from the Payment Journal window by simply exporting it again. For more information, see How to: Export Payments to a Bank File.

If you have deleted or posted the payment journal lines after exporting them, you can re-export the same payment file from the Credit Transfer Registers window.

To re-export a batch of credit transfers to a bank file from the Credit Transfer Registers window

  1. In the Search box, enter Credit Transfer Registers, and then choose the related link.

  2. Select the line for the batch of credit transfers that you want to re-export, and then, on the Home tab, in the Export group, choose Re-export Payments to File.

  3. In the Save As window, specify the location that the file is exported to, and then choose Save. You may want to replace the previous version of the payment file.

  4. To view the history of files that you or other users have re-exported, on the Home tab, in the Export group, choose Payment Re-export History to see when and by whom the payment file was last re-exported.
