CF Availability by Periods Window
Specifies a scrollable summary of the forecasted amounts per source type, by period. The rows represent individual periods, and the columns represent the source types in the cash flow forecast. The periods can be days, weeks, months, quarters, or years. In addition, you can select whether the amounts should be displayed as net changes or as balances at the period end dates.
Options
Column | Description |
---|---|
Period |
A series of dates that are determined by the time interval that is selected in the View by field. You can view the amounts by 1 (day), 7 (week), 31 (month), 3 (quarter), 12 (year), and by accounting period. Accounting periods are set up in the Accounting Period table. |
Receivables |
The amount of forecasted receivables as expected revenues in the selected time interval. |
Sales Orders |
The amount of sales orders as expected revenues in the selected time interval. |
Service Orders |
The amount of service orders as expected revenues in the selected time interval. |
Fixed Assets Disposal |
The estimated amount in the Projected Proceeds on Disposal field. The amount is expected as potential revenue in the selected time interval. |
Manual Revenues |
The amount of manual revenues in the selected time interval. |
Payables |
The amount of payables as expected expenses in the selected time interval. |
Purchase Orders |
The amount for purchase orders as expected expenses in the selected time interval. |
Fixed Assets Budget |
The budgeted amount that will be spent on investments in fixed assets in the selected time interval. To include the amount in cash flow, you must select the Budgeted Asset check box. |
Manual Expenses |
The amount of manual expenses in the selected time interval. |
