ESR Account No. Field, ESR Setup Table
Specifies the ESR account number in a code field and can contain a maximum of 11 characters. The number is a 6 - 11 digit ESR account number.
If ESR is carried out with the Swiss Post, this is the giro account number. If you are working with the bank (BESR), then the giro account number of the bank is entered here.
The third and second to the last characters are always dashes. The last number is the checksum.
The account number is printed on the deposit slip and the coding line. The following is an example of an ESR Account No.
