Create Electronic Reminders Batch Job

Creates an electronic reminder. An XML file is created that you can submit to your customers.

The document number is used as the file name. The files are stored at the location that has been specified in the Sales & Receivables Setup window. For more information, see How to: Set Up EHF.

Log Interaction

Select if you want the electronic reminder that you create to be recorded as interactions and to be added to the Interaction Log Entry table.

Additional Information

If you run the batch job from the Issue Reminders window, the batch job creates a file for this document.

You can set additional filters. For example, if you set the E-Invoice Created field to Yes, you can create a file for each issued reminder that has already had an EHF document created. You can also filter for certain customers.
