Unit Cost (LCY) Field, Interaction Template Table

Specifies the usual cost for interactions created using the interaction template.

When you create an interaction using the interaction template, the program uses the contents of this field as a default value in the Unit Cost (LCY) field in the Create Interaction wizard or Segment window.
