Contact Class. Field Field, Profile Questionnaire Line Table

Specifies the contact information on which the automatic classification is based. There are seven options:

  • Blank

  • Interaction Quantity

  • Interaction Frequency (No./Year)

  • Avg. Interaction Cost (LCY)

  • Avg. Interaction Duration (Min.)

  • Opportunity Won (%)

  • Rating

When you select Rating in the Contact Class. Field field in order to use the question and matching answers in a rating of the contact, the classification of the contact will be updated immediately.
