Phone No. Field, Contact Table
Contains the contact's phone number.
If you have selected the Inherit Communication Details field in the Marketing Setup window, each time you enter a new contact person for an existing company the program will fill in this field by copying the phone number of the company from the Phone No. field in the Contact table.
To the right of the Phone No. field, there is a button with a telephone. When you click this button, the Make Phone Call wizard appears in which the program can dial up your contact's number and you can create an interaction to record the phone call in the Interaction Log Entry table.
