Duration (Min.) Field, Segment Line Table

Specifies the duration of the interaction with the contact to which this segment line applies.

The program automatically fills in this field if a duration for the interaction has been specified on the segment header or segment line.

When you record the interaction, the program updates the Duration (Min.) field in the Campaign table.
