Correspondence Type Field, Segment Line Table

Specifies the type of correspondence that this interaction is. There are three options:

Option Functionality

E-Mail

Select E-Mail when you want the program to send the attachment in this line by e-mail.

Fax

Select Fax when you want the program to send the attachment in this line by fax.

Hard Copy

Select Hard Copy if you want to print the attachment in this line. This option is only valid if the attachment is a Microsoft Word document.
