Posting Date Field, Ins. Coverage Ledger Entry Table

Shows the entry's posting date.

The program filled in this field in one of the following ways:

  • If the entry was posted from a fixed asset or general journal line, the date was copied from the Posting Date field from the relevant journal line.

  • If the entry was posted from an insurance journal line, the date was copied from the Posting Date field from the relevant journal line.

  • If the entry was posted from a purchase order, invoice, or credit memo, the date was copied from the Posting Date field on the purchase header.

You cannot change the date because the entry has been posted.
