Total Cost Field, Job Journal Line Table
Contains the total cost for the journal line. The total cost is calculated based on the job currency, which comes from the Currency Code field on the Job card.
The program calculates the amount as Quantity * Unit Cost. If you change one of these fields, the entry in the Total Cost field changes accordingly.
You cannot change the contents of this field.
